He has a Ph.D from the Medical College of Virginia, where he studied structure-function relationships in complexbiological systems, and new drug development. He is an alumnus of the entrepreneurship development program at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and the ISB-Kellogg Global Advanced Management Program.
Dr. Joshi also has a number of innovation-based ventures in India and the United States of America, and is the Managing Director of the Sapat Group, which specialises in beverages, retail, and pharmaceuticals.
