Dr. Nikhil Joshi presented his Multilevel Research: Exploring Natural Roots of Socio-Economic Organizations at the International Society for Information Studies (now known as the International Society for the Study of Information – IS4SI) biennial summit in June 2015 at the Vienna University of Technology in Vienna, Austria. IS4SI is a platform for exchange of transdisciplinary endeavors as it brings together multiple communities that conduct research into information whose applications can be developed and implemented. Dr. Joshi’s research identifies organizational similarities in economic and ecological systems, and further explores how these similarities can be leveraged to address holistic sustainable solutions.
