Dr. Nikhil Joshi has been invited to present at the 9th International Conference on Mycorrhiza (ICOM) in August 2017 in Prague, Czech Republic. ICOM is the official conference for the International Mycorrhizal Society and is being held jointly with the Faculty of Sciences of Charles University (University of Prague). The mycorrhizal field of study is rapidly growing as further research is being conducted into this important specialized fungus that affects agriculture, horticulture and forestry. Dr. Joshi’s research presents an alignment of the biological view of ecological exchanges mediated by mycorrhiza with the anthropocentric economic financial markets, and thus offers an avenue for connecting mycorrhizal researchers to sustainable solutions developers.
